I'm having trouble adding photos.  I read sticky about adding photos.  Is it possible to attach photos without a photobucket account, or something similar?

I tried attaching photos by selecting "additional options" and choosing the files from my computer.  They are currently .jpeg, but I can change them if need be.  Photo #1 is 12KB, photo #2 is 8KB - both below the 40KB max. indicated. 

When I click "save" the page says that either the photo size is too large or it took too long to upload. 

Where am I going wrong?
